The series on the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, ‘À votre service’ plunges into the fascinating world of the most prestigious school of its kind. With 2,800 students, it's a hive of activity in which young future hoteliers and managers learn all the tricks of the trade, from pastry-making to human resources. Of the 114 nationalities on campus, 43% are Swiss. The selection process is tough and the curriculum demanding. We follow the exciting but difficult careers of young Swiss and French speakers, their nightmares in the kitchen, their blues on work placements, but also their discoveries and successes.
