“Bienvenue aux Pâquis” is an exceptional immersion in one of Geneva's most emblematic districts, following in the footsteps of some colourful and endearing characters! Sandra, an acrobat and dancer with a distinctly Pâquis flavour, takes us behind the scenes of one of the city's legendary cabarets, the Palais Mascotte. Just a few steps away live Solveig, Peter and their two children. Squatters from the start, their convictions are now being undermined by a neighbourhood that is less and less suited to family life. Fortunately, Sabrina, a young policewoman, is keeping an eye on things. Dealers and troublemakers are her business! There's also Kevin, a young man with a disarming smile, the spiritual big brother of the young people of the Pâquis, a boxer, rapper and dreamer... and Philippe, a man who enjoys every moment. When he's not leaning against the bar of his champagne bar, he's managing the windows rented by the prostitutes and dreaming up the opening of a naughty new establishment. This merry court meet and mingle in the maze of a district with an undeniable magnetism.
